REFUND POLICY

Please choose CAREFULLY as TFO does NOT accept returns or cancellations for CHANGE OF MIND and TFO will not be under any obligation to accept goods returned by you. TFO will only accept returned goods if:
(a) The goods are defective and you were not aware or were not made aware of the defects at the time of purchase; and / or
(b) The goods do not match the description on the purchase order; and / or
(c) You and TFO otherwise agree in writing

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of Eighteen (18) in your state of residence, or that you are the age of Eighteen (18) in your state of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
