Shipping Info

General

When orders are received, we aim to pack these orders and have them collected within 2 business days of ordering.

We can only deliver to urban locations within New Zealand. If you live outside these areas, please get in contact with us and we can attempt to find a solution. This can either be an additional charge for rural delivery or we can arrange for you to collect your order from the nearest Mainfreight depot.

Sealer's Plus - Dangerous Goods

Some of our Sealer's Plus range are classified as Class 2 (Flammable Gases) or Class 8 (Corrosive).

These products include:

  • EzyClean+
  • Grip-It T
  • Oxi-Gel+
  • Oxi-Treat+
  • Spray 'n' Seal
  • Strip It
  • Xtreme Clean+

In order to ship these products to you, we must ship them on a pallet. This results in an additional charge if Sealer's Plus is added to an order that isn't over 30kg in weight. If there is an error in our website's calculation of shipping cost, please get in touch with us and we can sort it out for you.

Tile Trim

Due to shipping restrictions, tile trim must be shipped in a separate tube to ensure it is delivered safely. This results in an additional charge if trim is added to an order. The charge is only added once, so will not change for the quantity of trim added.

Tile Acceptance

Please check your tiles as soon as they arrive and before installation.

If there are any damaged tiles, missing tiles, or incorrect products, you must let us know within 7 days of the delivery date. This allows us to sort out any issues quickly.

When reporting a problem, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect tiles
  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

We will replace or refund any damaged or incorrect tiles as quickly as possible, depending on stock availability.

Please note: once tiles have been installed, we cannot replace or refund them for damage, colour variation, or incorrect product selection.

Any breakages reported after 7 days of the delivery date, will be the responisbility of the client and will incur a cost to replace.
